I did a morning ashtanga yoga pass today again and it was much more tiring on the back and arms than yesterday, so I took it a bit easier today than yesterday. I think yoga really shows your weakpoints as it is not so easy to cheat. I was suprised though that it was not the same poses that felt tough today as yesterday. Perhaps because as I was already tired in the muscles my balance was not great today so some poses felt a bit wobbly.
